Graphisoft is the leading architecture software developer in Europe, producing well known software solutions like the Archicad. As an international company with several daughter companies across Europe they faced with the challenge of collecting almost real time financial data for cashflow planning from the systems of their member companies, as these companies running on different ERP and financial systems.

Solution

We have developed one central sophisticated data transforming automation solution, and one data collecting solution for each member companies. Now the robot collects every morning the received and issued invoice data, transforms it and uploads it to the internal BI system.
