Background

GLS is one of Europe’s fastest-growing logistics companies and a key backbone of the continent’s parcel delivery ecosystem. Beyond transportation itself, GLS recognizes that digital ecosystems supporting customers, partners, and back-office operations are essential for maintaining its competitive edge. To strengthen this core capability, GLS partnered with us to design and implement critical digital solutions.

Unified Digital Infrastructure for C2C & B2C Services

Kicking Off Our Collaboration with the Development of GLS’s C2C eParcel Platform

As the first step in our collaboration with GLS, we designed and implemented a comprehensive digital infrastructure connecting their internal departments. This system empowers GLS to efficiently operate their C2C and B2C services, creating seamless experiences for both individual and business clients.

For private customers, the platform enables direct parcel handovers—either to couriers or to automated locker points—allowing for flexible, same-day delivery options. Meanwhile, business partners can integrate GLS’s digital interfaces, web components, and mapping solutions directly into their own e-commerce platforms, streamlining their shipping processes and expanding service reach.

This collaboration not only enhanced operational efficiency but also delivered significant strategic advantages. By bridging internal processes with customer-facing solutions, GLS strengthened its market position, improved partner engagement, and created a scalable foundation for future digital growth.

During our collaboration, we realized that GLS is no longer just a parcel delivery company, but a digital service provider revolutionizing parcel delivery through the digitalization of its partners.

As a continuation of the digitalization journey, GLS’s partners—key players in the logistics process who operate GLS parcel points at their own business locations—also play a central role. With our software designed for managing these parcel points, GLS partners can administer parcels received from or handed over to couriers or private individuals, stay informed about company news, order the equipment needed to operate their parcel points, and receive direct support through the integrated support agent within the platform.

Digitalization is shaping the future of logistics, and we’re excited to explore how AI can take GLS’s services to the next level.
