A Trusted Digital Hub for Modern Parenting.

Background

As Hungary’s leading telecommunications provider, Telekom Hungary plays a central role in shaping how families connect, communicate, and navigate the digital world. Recognizing that children are growing up surrounded by technology, while parents are often left searching for reliable guidance, Telekom identified a need: to create a trusted space where families could find answers to the challenges of digital-age parenting.

This led to the development of Hello Szülő (“Hello Parent”), a dedicated platform designed to empower parents with expert advice, practical tools, and interactive resources — all aimed at fostering healthier digital habits and stronger family connections.

The platform optimized for mobile use, is a growing digital knowledge base designed to help parents navigate everyday challenges and taboos. It consolidates expert insights, practical guides, podcasts, videos, and interviews into a single, easy-to-use hub. Parents can quickly find answers through four key categories: online safety, smarter daily life, learning & development, and happy family. Intuitive mobile dashboards and cards ensure a seamless experience on any device, empowering parents to make informed decisions and foster healthier digital habits.

Relevant issues, clear answers

The Hello Szülő platform has strengthened Telekom’s brand as a trusted partner for families, extending its impact beyond simple connectivity. Its mobile-optimized design and intuitive interface encourage regular engagement, ensuring high user adoption. Continuous feedback loops and alignment with the brand guarantee that the platform evolves alongside its users, maintaining long-term relevance. By addressing important parenting challenges with practical solutions, Telekom positions itself as a reliable enabler of responsible digital parenting, fostering positive perceptions among families across Hungary.
